Darren Tava Williams founded Waterproofing Assurance from the ground up, leveraging his 25-year experience in construction and waterproofing. His network, built over the years in NSW and the ACT, formed the business's cornerstone. Darren's deep understanding of membrane technology, backed by his Construction Management qualifications, set the foundation. The company's growth, fuelled by attracting industry-leading talent, enables expansion beyond Sydney into Melbourne and Brisbane. This strategic development showcases Waterproofing Assurance's commitment to bringing exceptional waterproofing solutions to a broader market, solidifying its position as an industry leader.

Leading our membrane compliance testing team, brings 20 years of expertise in waterproofing, specialising in various membrane systems, including basement tanking. His proficiency with testing equipment makes him key in training new staff. Gerard applies his extensive membrane knowledge to ensure all inspected systems meet compliance standards, which is integral to our team's success.

A budding expert in Building Design and Architecture Drafting, is a valuable member of our team. Her waterproofing experience across various membrane systems is vital in ensuring design efficacy. Kaylah's role encompasses thorough design reviews for all projects, regardless of size, focusing on basement design. Her academic pursuits complement her practical skills, enhancing our project outcomes.

With her Masters in Architecture, is a crucial asset to Waterproofing Assurance. Her extensive design knowledge and understanding of waterproofing enable her to assist clients in developing robust waterproofing designs. Lijia's expertise ensures the integration of sound design practices with effective waterproofing solutions.

Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Master's in Construction Management, is a key player in our team. Her background in construction and waterproofing is pivotal for projects requiring detailed design reviews. Fara's expertise extends to creating specialised shop drawings for clients, ensuring that waterproofing designs integrate seamlessly with the overall building structure.

Tayla has experience in Bathroom design including residential waterproofing experience, she is particular with her design approach and waterproofing design principals.

Phil has 20 years of waterproofing experience under his cap and has had supervisor roles with several leading waterproofing companies, this experience and indepth knowledge of membrane systems makes him a powerhouse for our design approach, using real life experiences to ensure the designs we put forward are robust and technically appropriate for individual projects.

Maha is our Office and Administration legend; she handles all of our business matters with professionalism and courtesy, she is studying Business Management and applies her skills to HR, accounts and general business day to day running.
