  For Class 2,3, 9a and 9c buildings, our consultancy ensures compliance with the rigorous standards of Fair Trading and the Building Commissioner. We are the required third-party consultant, thoroughly vetting design documents to ensure they meet the Design and Building Practitioners Act, National Construction Code, and related standards.

  While not mandated by the Design and Building Practitioners Act, Waterproofing Assurance provides expert consultancy and compliance services for Class 1, Class 5-8 and Class 10 developments. Our comprehensive review process for all development classes includes recommendations to resolve compliance issues, culminating in detailed reports for all stakeholders.
