ARNCLIFFE CENTRAL – NSW

The NSW Land and Housing Corporation, in collaboration with their development partner Billbergia Group, presents Arncliffe Central – A master-planned community poised to transform the local social and private housing market. The project introduces four new towers, each rising between 17 and 21 storeys, thoughtfully nestled among an abundance of green spaces.

 

Arncliffe Central brings together a diverse mix of 180 social housing residences, 566 private market apartments, restaurants, bars and boutique shops, all overlying 810 underground parking spaces. Waterproofing Assurance collaborates with the design and project teams to provide thorough consulting and compliance testing for all above and below ground wet areas.
