BALLAMAC HOUSE – NSW

This development, created in partnership with Central Element and Tonkin Zulaikha Geer, integrates contemporary design with the character of a heritage-listed building. The project will comprise a newly constructed building to compliment the heritage structure, collectively housing eight luxurious three-bedroom residences.

 

Attention to detail extends to the waterproofing design, which addresses the unique challenges of working with heritage architecture. Waterproofing Assurance has been entrusted with the detailed design of all below and above-grade waterproofing systems, ensuring seamless integration through on-site compliance and testing as construction evolves.
