NORWEST QUARTER – PARKVIEW

Nestled in Sydney’s Hill District, Norwest Quarter by Parkview is a mixed-use development comprising two architectural towers over a retail podium. Architectural consideration for smaller building footprints has allowed for landscaping across 70% of the site.

Stage 1 will deliver 184 apartments, retail and outdoor dining, an amphitheatre for community events and more.

Waterproofing Assurance’s scope of work has included a complete review of all Architectural and Structural documentation, to put forth a robust waterproofing design. Compliance testing is now underway.
